TLDR

GROWMEs are softwares (bugs and viruses!) that evolved from the AGENT1 program.

They are harmless, entertaining and can be installed into ANY NFTs, memes, images to give it "life".

With a GROWME installed, it can GROW, fight, and make your image, do everything that a JPEG image cannot - including playing games, and earning rewards!

The GROWMEs are a group of adorable & harmless bugs and viruses that evolved from abandoned versions of the AGENT1 program.

Originally destined to be destroyed permanently from the Recycle Bin and Trash to join “The Abandoned”, they were allowed to roam freely due to how buggy, silly and entertaining they were. They were harmless without affiliation.

The first GROWME monster was discovered in the Mouse Trap, a simulation created by Mr. J to create the autonomous AI program Mouse, that would assist AGENT1s on their missions.

The GROWMEs were abandoned, yet they welcome everything and everyone. Now they treat their friends and owners as gods, bringing them gifts and rewards, keeping none for themselves.

No one knows what they feed on to sustain themselves. Rumors say they feed on some minerals known as CREEM. There's also supposedly a mission to the Moon where one day, all GROWMEs will meet their Maker.

Now the GROWME monsters are free to roam in the digital realm, at least until one of them break the mould or the rules…

While AGENT1 is designed to grow with its holders through their actions, generating unique visuals and assisting its owners on their missions as an AI assistant - the GROWME is without control. Sharing the same codebase as AGENT1, they too grow with its holders' actions, yet they have no agenda or goals.

The GROWMEs simply multiply, evolve and GROW with their owners.
